At approximately 1:00 a.m. on April 13, 2026, a fatal single-vehicle crash occurred near US 90 and Sheldon Road along the Crosby Freeway in Houston.
According to investigators, a Dodge 3500 pickup truck was traveling eastbound when it failed to maintain a single lane and left the roadway. The vehicle went down an embankment, flipped multiple times, and came to rest on the service road shoulder.
