HOUSTON — A heavy truck lost its load Monday afternoon on the Katy Freeway eastbound after striking the Houston Avenue bridge, leaving two center lanes blocked, according to Houston TranStar.
The incident, which involved one vehicle, happened a little after 3:30 p.m. Multiple lanes are shut down.
