A Houston family that spent nearly four years waiting for answers finally heard a sentence this week in the killing of 29-year-old mechanic Luis Casillas, who was shot in the head outside a northside auto shop just days before Christmas in 2022.
KHOU 11 reporter Anayeli Ruiz reported that Raudel Orozco, 23, was sentenced to 40 years in prison after previously pleading guilty to felony murder in Casillas’ death.
