A 73-year-old woman who went missing over a month ago in Long Beach was located Tuesday in Santa Monica.
Joe Anne Favors had been reported missing on June 5, when Long Beach Police Department investigators sought the public’s help in finding her. She had last been seen on the evening of May 18 while leaving her residential care facility in the 200 block of West Wardlow Road, according to the Long Beach Police Department.
