A 79-year-old man who authorities say is diabetic and suffers from a mild cognitive impairment was reported missing Thursday in Torrance. Ronald Edward Harmon was last seen at 2 p.m. Wednesday on the 22000 block of South Vermont Avenue near West 220th Street, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
