Woman attacked by dog in Long Beach

A woman was hospitalized after a dog attack in Long Beach on Sunday.

Officers responded to West Anaheim Street near the Los Angeles River around 1:45 p.m. when they saw a dog biting the woman, according to the Long Beach Police Department.

Officers had to use a Taser to separate the two. Once the dog was subdued, the woman was taken to hospital. She is expected to be OK…
