Rainbow Cone, the Chicago ice cream institution known for its sliced, not scooped, stacks, is expanding again in Southern California.
The brand will open its second location in Laguna Beach. The shop, located at 244 South Coast Highway, will open on May 11. To celebrate the grand opening and the company’s 100th anniversary, the first 100 guests in line will receive a free Rainbow Cone.
