Roads in Birmingham, Huntsville and Mobile have made the list of routes with the most passive aggressive drivers in the nation, according to a recent survey.
American River Wellness, a resource program for transportation workers, surveyed more than 3,000 motorists to identify the roads most associated with passive-aggressive behavior behind the wheel.
