DECATUR, Ala. — A Somerville man indicted for allegedly threatening to shoot a Morgan County circuit judge is scheduled to face a jury in September.
Records show Samuel Blake English IV, 26, was rebooked into the Morgan County Jail on Saturday on a charge of first-degree terrorist threat. He is being held on a $600,000 secured bond.
