HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A Huntsville family turned a painful anniversary into a day of celebration, honoring the birthday of a 3-year-old girl killed in a drive-by shooting in 2018.
Livia Johnson was killed after a bullet entered through a wall in her home. The family celebrated her life by giving back to the community in her honor.
