A Walker County man with multiple prior felony convictions has been indicted on federal charges after prosecutors say he stole 16 firearms from a licensed firearms dealer in Decatur and transported a stolen vehicle across state lines.
U.S. Attorney Phillip W. Williams Jr. announced Monday that a federal grand jury has returned a four-count indictment against Colton McCoy Tubbs, 35, of Oakman.
