MARSHALL COUNTY, Ala. (WAFF) – Charles Whisenant was sworn in as Marshall County commissioner before the commission meeting Wednesday morning.
Gov. Kay Ivey appointed Whisenant to the district one seat, which covers Arab and Grant. He will finish the term of Commissioner Ronny Shumate.
Shumate passed away in December. His seat sat empty until Wednesday…
