DECATUR, Ala. (WAFF) – A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit over the death of 16-year-old Jaiden Rashad Dejarnett, who crashed after a high-speed police pursuit in Decatur in 2023.
The judge threw out the case without prejudice, meaning the family can file an amended complaint within 30 days.
