FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. (WAFF) – A person was charged with four counts of attempted criminal homicide following a shots-fired call on 2nd Avenue in Fayetteville on July 6, according to Fayetteville Police Department officials.
Officers responded to the call and discovered multiple shell casings and evidence of gunfire that struck an occupied vehicle. Following an investigation by officers and detectives, the individual who fired the weapon was identified and charged.
