HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – Alabama’s housing market recorded its fifth consecutive month of sales growth in June, with more than 7,000 homes sold statewide, according to the Alabama Association of Realtors.
The association said June sales reached their highest monthly level since December 2022 — a more than 6% increase over the same month last year and nearly 3% higher than May.
