The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency has turned over its investigation into an Owens Cross Roads officer-involved shooting to the Madison County District Attorney’s Office.
The incident occurred when an Owens Cross Roads Police officer responded to a call for service regarding a suspicious vehicle parked in a lot off U.S. 431.
