HUNTVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — A man caught peeping into a hotel window at children has pleaded guilty to a felony charge.
Labrontae Sales Jr. has pleaded guilty to aggravated criminal negligence in a case where prosecutors say he was caught on camera looking into a hotel window at night.

As part of his plea deal, Sales is sentenced to 15 years in prison, split to serve one year, with the rest of his sentence suspended for five years while he is on probation. If he fails to abide by the terms of that probation, he can be made to spend the rest of his sentence in prison.
