HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A North Alabama man is facing charges after investigators say he stole Pokémon cards from stores across the region.
Joseph Laudano, 31, was arrested early Tuesday morning. Store owners say he allegedly targeted Great Scott’s Collectibles in Huntsville, the Nerd Stop in Hazel Green and other stores, stealing several cards from each location totaling more than $500.
Store owners say some businesses confronted Laudano about the thefts before his arrest, but he denied involvement. Investigators recovered the stolen cards following his arrest…
