The consolidation of the news and weather staffs of WAFF 48 and WAAY 31 is still taking shape.
“We did not go into this combination of operations with a one-size-fits-all manual on how to operate two stations in the same market,” WAFF General Manager Jama Killingsworth told AL.com. “We remain busy evaluating and working hard to figure out how to make all of our investments in Huntsville work best together to serve the greater community.”
