MADISON, Ala. (WHNT) — The quick actions of Alison Hoch led to the arrest of a man after a video she recorded appears to show him taking photos under her dress.
Hoch said she went into the Once Upon A Child store in Madison, expecting a normal shopping trip for children’s clothing. Instead, she said the trip took a strange turn when she felt a brush on her leg and became aware of a man standing near her.

“Immediately, I didn’t have a great gut feeling. He was standing pretty close to me,” Hoch said. “But within a couple moments, I felt something very, very lightly brush the back of my leg.”
