HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — A mistrial was declared for a Huntsville man accused of killing two women in 2023 after the jury in the trial was deadlocked, according to the Madison County District Attorney’s Office.
Tye Deshun Stevens is charged with capital murder for the deadly shootings of D’Asia Monique Morris and Sequoiya Mone’e Lamar, which took place on Bonnell Drive in August 2023.
