MADISON, Ala. (WAFF) – A man accused of trying to take photographs up a woman’s skirt at a store in Madison waived a hearing scheduled in his voyeurism case.
James Coffey is now set for trial on October second in Municipal Court in Madison. He is free on bond following his arrest on August 12.
A woman recorded Coffey with her phone as he allegedly tried to take pictures up her skirt while she shopped at a business on Highway 72. You can see the video here…
