A biotech company based in north Alabama plans to close and lay off 55 workers this fall, according to a notice filed with the state.
Huntsville-based Eurofins Diatherix, a diagnostic testing lab that provides services to hospitals and physicians, announced the layoffs Aug. 31. They’re slated to start Oct. 31, per the WARN notice.
