There’s nothing like sitting down to plate of hot, fresh fried chicken. Thankfully, there are a lot of Alabama restaurants offering just that.
This is Alabama recently asked its Facebook followers which local fried chicken joint is their favorite, and the answers ranged from iconic restaurants that have been in business for decades to buffets, meat-and-threes and even a Mexican restaurant.
It’s worth noting that several chains with locations in our state, like Champy’s World Famous Fried Chicken, Gus’ World Famous Fried Chicken, Publix and more, also got plenty of mentions, but for this list, we wanted to stick to the Alabama-grown spots…
