JACKSON COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — A Jackson County judge denied bond Wednesday for a man charged with murder in the shooting death of his roommate.
Robert Smith, 39, was denied bond by District Judge Matt Mitchell following a pretrial detention hearing on Tuesday.
