Turner Construction’s Huntsville operation is one of eight companies selected by the Air Force for a contracting vehicle worth up to $900 million for restoration and modernization work at military ground-testing facilities across the country.
The Air Force awarded the eight companies indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts under its Facilities Acquisitions for Restoration and Modernization III program.
In addition to Turner, the Air Force selected Healtheon Inc., Edgewater Technical Associates, exp Federal, Burns & McDonnell Engineering, Amentum Technology, Shimmick Construction and Sea Pac Engineering for the contracting pool.
