HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — Huntsville Police say they are investigating after a person was shot in a Huntsville neighborhood.
HPD said officers responded to a residential area on Lakewood Drive just after 9 p.m. Friday.
The department said that one person was injured in the shooting. A HPD sergeant at the scene was not sure of the person’s condition at this time but confirmed that they had been taken to the hospital. Police said one person was also taken into custody at the scene…
