‘Gun down an ICE agent on sight’: Armed extremists hit with federal charges in North Alabama

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – Levi Belcher, Anthony Slota and Tadashi Erekson are facing federal charges in North Alabama, according to federal criminal complaints. The complaints state the men were part of a heavily armed group, and one of them is accused of following and threatening to kill U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.

The three are set to appear before a federal judge later this month.
