HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – The City of Huntsville gave 48 News an exclusive tour of the ongoing expansion at Big Spring Park East, which will include a playground, a waterfall and a pavilion.
The $12.5 million project adds 2.4 acres to the park on the site of the city’s former City Hall. The expansion is expected to be complete in late spring 2027.
