MORGAN COUNTY, Ala. – An investigation has determined that a Decatur City Schools student passed a firearm to another student who was found with the weapon. Officials believe the 12-year-old who provided the gun took it from a home in Decatur and passed it to the second student. They stated the weapon was not brought on campus.
