HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — An Athens man was arrested and charged with electronic stalking after being accused of placing a tracking device on a vehicle.
According to Huntsville Police, Jermaine Antwon Knowles, 50, of Athens, was identified as a possible suspect after the victim made a report on March 3, stating they had found the device on the vehicle.
