HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – Three teenagers have been indicted on capital murder and assault charges after a deadly 2024 shooting on Max Luther Drive.
An investigation identified three suspects in the shooting death of Phillip Fletcher. The suspects — Anthony Butler, Kingston Smith and Torres McCray, all 18 — were indicted on April 10.
