HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A Huntsville man charged with the murder of his infant daughter has been indicted on charges of murder and aggravated child abuse.
Victavious Dennis has remained in the Madison County jail on a million-dollar bond since his arrest in June 2025.
