What’s must-see entertainment is personal and subjective. Example: “One Battle After Another,” “Marty Supreme” and “Sinners” were three of last year’s most acclaimed films. Some smart friends of mine loved ‘em, too,
But I couldn’t make it through more than 20 minutes of any of those films. Vastly preferred less ballyhooed 2025 flicks like “Black Bag,” “Honey Don’t!” and “Dead of Winter.” Like Sly Stone once sang, different strokes for different folks.
