Indianapolis continuing care retirement / life plan community Marquette, managed by LCS, broke ground Tuesday on a $102 million expansion project that will add 94 independent living apartments.
The first phase of the project will see construction of The Commons, which will serve as a hub for added amenities, including an indoor court for pickleball and other sports, as well as waterfront lounge spaces.
Marquette Regional Marketing and Sales Director Kate Webster told the McKnight’s Business Daily said the project is the second most comprehensive development in the community’s history.
