PARIS, Ill. (WCIA) — Officials with the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said a man living in Edgar County was taken into custody.
33-year-old, Jose Fiscal Belli of Mexico was taken into custody in Indianapolis on July 21.
