INDIANAPOLIS — An Arkansas man is facing charges in Indiana after police say he attempted to purchase sexually explicit content that an Indianapolis woman produced with a 2-year-old.
According to court documents obtained by FOX59/CBS4, 22-year-old Tyler Hutcheson faces the following preliminary charges:
- Two counts of Child Molesting (Level 1 Felony)
- Two counts of Rape (Level 3 Felony)
- Two counts of Child Exploitation (Level 4 Felony)
Court documents recently filed detail how a detective with IMPD’s Internet Crimes Against Children unit began investigating Hutcheson after he was identified as a suspect in connection with a child molestation case that 19-year-old Haylee Schmidt of Indianapolis was also implicated in.
