INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis man has been charged with felony theft after police say he stole over $10,000 in merchandise from a north side Louis Vuitton store.
Reginald Newman, 31, was charged Tuesday in Marion Superior Court 19 with theft between $750 & $50k, a Level 6 felony. A warrant has since been issued for his arrest, although he has not been booked into jail as of this article’s publication.
Court documents detail how, on May 22, Newman came into the Louis Vuitton store inside The Fashion Mall at Keystone and stole a hat box worth $10,500. He reportedly grabbed the merchandise, hid it under a shopping bag from another store and walked past the register…
