Florida Man Sentenced to prison for Defrauding Indiana Banks

A Florida man is going to prison for using fake driver’s licenses to withdraw thousands of dollars from Indiana banks.

Joseph Ferrigno, 50, of New Port, Florida, was found guilty of two counts of fraud in Johnson County and sentenced to six years in prison.

According to court records, Ferrigno regularly traveled to Indiana banks and credit unions with fake IDs in November 2024, withdrawing thousands of dollars from unsuspecting victims’ bank accounts…
