2 men sentenced to federal prison for armed robbery of Carmel CVS

CARMEL, Ind. — Two men have been sentenced to federal prison after being found guilty of conducting an armed robbery at a CVS Pharmacy in Carmel.

Mikhal Hamilton, 26, was recently sentenced to 13 years in prison and three years of supervised release. This comes after a jury found the Indianapolis man guilty of interference with commerce by robbery, brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence and unlawful firearm possession.

David Washington, 24, of Arcadia, was previously sentenced to nine years in federal prison and five years of supervised release. This comes after he pled guilty to interference with commerce by robbery and brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence.
