MARION, Ind. — A man will serve 90 years behind bars for his role in the murder of Contrel Jackson three years ago in Marion.
Online court records from Grant Circuit Court indicate that Shaun Harden has been sentenced to 95 years, with 90 of those set to be served in the Indiana Department of Correction and the remaining five years suspended.
Harden’s sentencing follows the conclusion of his jury trial last month, where he was convicted of murder and conspiracy to commit murder. On Wednesday, he received 60 years with five suspended for the murder charge and an additional 35 years for his other charge, bringing his total for time served to 90.
