ROCHESTER, Ind. (WKRC/WSGT) – An Indiana woman was arrested Nov. 3 after authorities discovered she had an outstanding warrant stemming from an alleged check fraud case dating back to 2006.
Judith Michael, 79, was arrested after being pulled over during a traffic stop.
