A fatal hit-and-run incident is currently under investigation on Indianapolis’ west side, leaving the authorities in pursuit of a suspect. According to FOX59, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to reports of a personal injury hit-and-run on the 2300 block of S. Lynhurst Drive at around 9:40 p.m. yesterday night. Tragically, the collision resulted in the death of an unidentified woman who was walking on the side of the road when struck by a vehicle.
