CARMEL, Ind. — An Indianapolis woman was arrested following a road rage incident in Carmel on Tuesday.
According to the Carmel Police Department, around 5:15 p.m. on March 24, officers were called to the area of 96th Street and Haverstick Road on a report of a road rage incident involving a firearm.
