Popular Louisville-based restaurant opening location in downtown Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS — A popular Louisville-based restaurant is opening up its first location in Indiana.

Doc Crow’s Southern Smokehouse & Raw Bar, known for its Southern barbeque and bourbon collection, will be opening a location at the Hyatt Place Indianapolis Downtown, located at 130 S. Pennsylvania St., Suite B, in May.

Doc Crow’s will offer a menu built around the brand’s house-made BBQ sauces and signature dry rubs, officials said, alongside Southern-inspired comfort food and a bourbon collection featuring more than 750 options, including Indiana spirits and regional favorites…
