Hendricks County woman allegedly threatened her Kroger coworker with a knife

DANVILLE, Ind. — Police have arrested a woman in Hendricks County after she allegedly used a knife to threaten one of her coworkers at Kroger and accuse them of stealing her keys.

Amanda Lindgren, 40, of Avon, was arrested Thursday on preliminary charges of felony intimidation and misdemeanor resisting arrest. She has since been booked into the Hendricks County Jail.

Danville police were called around 6:20 p.m. to the Kroger at 785 E. Main Street for a reported theft. The caller, later identified as Lindgren, said that her spare keys had possibly been stolen by one of her coworkers.

Officers arrived and reportedly found Lindgren standing near the gas station, accusing a coworker inside the fuel pump building of taking her keys. While one officer went to speak to the coworker, another stayed behind with Lindgren…
