INDIANAPOLIS — An IMPD police report says police seized guns and drugs while also arresting two teenagers during an investigation into shots fired early Sunday morning on Monument Circle in downtown Indianapolis.
According to the police report, just before 2:30 a.m. on April 19, officers were called to Monument Circle on a report of shots fired.
At the scene, the report says IMPD arrested two 17-year-old males for unlawful carrying of a firearm by a minor. Police also interviewed three 16-year-old male suspects and a 15-year-old male suspect, but the report does not state whether or not they were arrested…
