INDIANAPOLIS — Newly unsealed court records detail the domestic violence that led to an Indianapolis man being charged with allegedly killing his ex-girlfriend and critically wounding her father on Indy’s west side.
According to court records, there had been a history of domestic violence and even a protective order involving the victim and suspect dating back to last year.
