INDIANAPOLIS — INDOT is getting ready to mark a major milestone in the Interstate 465/Interstate 69 Clear Path project, a massive effort aimed at improving traffic flow on Indianapolis’ northeast side.
The agency announced the new ramp from southbound I-69 to southbound Binford Boulevard is expected to open on or after Sunday, May 3.
