Central Indiana’s largest office park unveils new green space for tenants
On Wednesday, April 22, Carmel Gateway celebrated the grand opening of the West Lawn in the heart of its more than 1 million square-foot campus. The project is part of a broader initiative to convert approximately 2.25 acres of asphalt into amenity-rich outdoor lawn space.
The Carmel Gateway West Lawn, 600 E. 96th St., features a terraced amphitheater with limestone block seating, ample green space for events such as farmers markets, and a pergola with modern audio/visual equipment to host corporate presentations, a speaker series, and musical performances.
The Grand Opening event, held notably on Earth Day, included live music from a Carmel Symphony Orchestra quintet, opening remarks from Carmel Mayor Sue Finkam, Carmel Gateway senior property manager Patrick Moyers, and Carmel-based influencer Chelsea Koppelman, who kicked off Carmel Gateway’s summer speaker series…
